Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 900 g Cream cheese
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 5 Eggs
  • 300 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 30 g All-purpose flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a springform pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined.
  6. Sift the flour over the mixture and fold it in gently.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is dark brown and the center is still jiggly.
  9. Let the cheesecake cool completely before removing it from the pan.
