Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water 110°F
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 unit Egg beaten

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add yeast mixture, olive oil, and beaten egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. 6. Punch down the dough and divide into 8 equal pieces. Shape into buns and place on a baking sheet.
  7. 7. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  8. 8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
