Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
2. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
3. Add yeast mixture, olive oil, and beaten egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
6. Punch down the dough and divide into 8 equal pieces. Shape into buns and place on a baking sheet.
7. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
