Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80% lean
  • 4 pieces Burger Buns
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Frites Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Potatoes large, russet
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. 4. While the burgers are grilling, slice the potatoes into thin strips for frites.
  5. 5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the potatoes until golden and crispy.
  6. 6. Season the frites with salt to taste.
  7. 7. Assemble the burgers with buns and serve with frites on the side.
