Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 patties.
3. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
4. While the burgers are grilling, slice the potatoes into thin strips for frites.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the potatoes until golden and crispy.
6. Season the frites with salt to taste.
7. Assemble the burgers with buns and serve with frites on the side.
