Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- ¼ cup Green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
2. Add the beef slices and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
