Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, and garlic powder until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
In a small bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce and melted butter.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss with the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
