Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 piece Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade
  • ¼ cup Ranch Dressing for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil and spread them on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove cauliflower from the oven and toss with buffalo sauce.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread the buffalo cauliflower evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
