Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza Recipe
A delicious and spicy twist on traditional pizza, featuring buffalo cauliflower as the star topping.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 piece Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade
- ¼ cup Ranch Dressing for drizzling
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil and spread them on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes.
Remove cauliflower from the oven and toss with buffalo sauce.
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread the buffalo cauliflower evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
