Buckeye Brownies Recipe
Delicious peanut butter and chocolate brownies that resemble the classic Buckeye candy.

Brownie Layer
- 1 box Brownie Mix prepared according to package instructions
Peanut Butter Layer
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Butter softened
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
Chocolate Topping
- 1 ½ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare brownie mix according to package instructions. Bake and let cool.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar. Spread over cooled brownies.
3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and heavy cream together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Pour over peanut butter layer.
4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares and serving.
