Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Balsamic Glaze

  • ½ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
  5. While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, make the balsamic glaze. In a saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the mixture is reduced by half and thickened.
  6. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the roasted Brussels sprouts and serve immediately.
