Brussels Sprouts Apple Salad
A fresh and crunchy salad with Brussels sprouts and apples.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 1 cup Apple, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup Dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded Brussels sprouts, sliced apple, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
