  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 1 cup Apple, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded Brussels sprouts, sliced apple, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
