A simple and delicious Italian appetizer made with fresh tomatoes, basil, and garlic on toasted bread.

Bruschetta Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread Italian or French baguette, sliced
- 2 cups Tomatoes diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 handful Fresh basil chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top each toasted bread slice with the tomato mixture. Serve immediately.
