  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 8 units Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Place the cubed French bread in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread, making sure all pieces are soaked.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
