Brownie Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs large
- ⅓ cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
- ½ cup Flour all-purpose
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
Sundae Ingredients
- 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- ½ cup Chocolate Syrup
- ¼ cup Chopped Nuts optional
- ¼ cup Whipped Cream
- 4 Cherries for garnish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool, then cut into squares.
Place a brownie square in a bowl, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle with chopped nuts, add whipped cream, and garnish with a cherry.
