Ingredients 

Brownie Ingredients

  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs large
  • cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • ½ cup Flour all-purpose
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder

Sundae Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ½ cup Chocolate Syrup
  • ¼ cup Chopped Nuts optional
  • ¼ cup Whipped Cream
  • 4 Cherries for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the brownies cool, then cut into squares.
  8. Place a brownie square in a bowl, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle with chopped nuts, add whipped cream, and garnish with a cherry.
