  • 4 fillets Perch Fresh or thawed
  • 4 tablespoon Butter Unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pat the perch fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
