Broiled Haddock Recipe
A simple and delicious broiled haddock recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Haddock about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your broiler to high.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with olive oil.
Place the haddock fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the fillets with olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Broil the fillets for about 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
