Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. 4. Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and the cornstarch mixture. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
