Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thin
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli and red bell pepper, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and mix well.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot over steamed rice.
