Broccoli and Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
A quick and healthy stir fry with broccoli and chicken.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thin
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 Red bell pepper sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the broccoli and red bell pepper, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and mix well.
Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot over steamed rice.
