Main Ingredients
- 6 slices Bread cut into cubes
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Cooked sausage crumbled
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Grease a baking dish and layer the bread cubes, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the strata is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
