Main Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 4 large eggs beaten
- ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- ¼ cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon butter
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
2. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Place one tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the tortilla, then add the scrambled eggs and salsa. Top with the remaining cheese and the second tortilla.
4. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
5. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
