Breaded Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork tenderloin trimmed and cut into 4 pieces
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs preferably panko
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. Pound the pork tenderloin pieces to about ¼ inch thickness.
2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
3. Season the pork with salt and pepper, then dredge each piece in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Fry the breaded pork pieces for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
