  • 4 Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. In another bowl, beat the egg and mix with milk.
  4. 4. Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. 5. Place the breaded pork chops into the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6. Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
