  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each pork chop in beaten eggs, then coat with bread crumb mixture.
  4. Place pork chops on a baking sheet.
