Main Ingredients
- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs beaten
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each pork chop in beaten eggs, then coat with bread crumb mixture.
Place pork chops on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
