  • 4 lbs Corned Beef Brisket
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
  • 2 pcs Bay Leaves

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Place the corned beef brisket in a large Dutch oven.
  3. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the pot.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and water.
  5. Add the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, thyme, and bay leaves.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stovetop.
  7. Cover the Dutch oven with a lid and transfer it to the preheated oven.
  8. Braise the corned beef brisket for about 4 hours, or until tender.
  9. Remove the brisket from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
