Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta any type
  • 1 package Boursin cheese Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the heavy cream and Boursin cheese to the pan. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
  5. 5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
