  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Bourbon
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, bourbon, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet and simmer until the sauce thickens.
