Bottom Round Roast with Onion Gravy

Main Ingredients
- 3 lb Bottom Round Roast
- 2 large Onions sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Flour for gravy
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Season the roast with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a roasting pan over medium-high heat. Sear the roast on all sides until browned.
Add sliced onions and minced garlic to the pan. Cook until onions are softened.
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
Cover the pan and transfer to the preheated oven. Roast for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
Remove the roast from the pan and let it rest.
Place the pan with the onions and broth over medium heat. Stir in flour to thicken the gravy.
Slice the roast and serve with the onion gravy.
