- 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 cups Vegetable oil, for frying
1. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk, then coat with flour mixture.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry chicken pieces until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Toss fried chicken in buffalo sauce.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
