- 200 g Dark Chocolate chopped
- 100 ml Heavy Cream
- 50 g Butter unsalted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a mixing bowl over simmering water.
2. Stir in the heavy cream until smooth.
3. Add the butter and vanilla extract, mixing well.
4. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate until set.
