Bolognese Sauce Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- to taste salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Pour in milk and simmer until mostly evaporated.
Add white wine and simmer until mostly evaporated.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, and basil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
