Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Milk warm
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 1 Egg beaten

Filling

  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and sugar.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and beaten egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread blueberries evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cornstarch.
  7. Roll up the dough and cut into 8 pieces. Place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
