Blueberry Rolls Recipe
Delicious homemade blueberry rolls, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Milk warm
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- 1 Egg beaten
Filling
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and sugar.
Add warm milk, melted butter, and beaten egg. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
Spread blueberries evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cornstarch.
Roll up the dough and cut into 8 pieces. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
