  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and water. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the blueberries and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract.
  5. Let cool before using as a pie filling or topping.
