Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread the blueberries evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the blueberries and press down lightly.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.
