Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 cup Butter, melted
- 2 units Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup Milk
- 1.5 cups Blueberries
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the blueberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
