Blueberry Lemon Parfait
A refreshing and easy-to-make parfait with layers of blueberries, lemon curd, and yogurt.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Lemon curd
- ¼ cup Granola optional
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt until smooth.
2. In parfait glasses, layer the yogurt, blueberries, and lemon curd.
3. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
4. Top with granola if desired.
