Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and ¼ cup of sugar. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly. Press into the prepared baking dish.
Bake the crust for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, 1 cup of sugar, ¼ cup of flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the filling is set.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
