Blueberry Ice Cream Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a saucepan, combine blueberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until blueberries release their juices and mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract. Stir in the cooled blueberry mixture.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
