  • 4 oz Goat cheese softened
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese and honey until smooth.
  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture on the toasted baguette slices.
  5. Top with fresh blueberries and sprinkle with chopped thyme.
  6. Drizzle a little more honey on top if desired. Serve immediately.
