Blueberry Goat Cheese Crostini
A delightful appetizer combining the tangy flavor of goat cheese with the sweetness of blueberries.

Ingredients
- 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 4 oz Goat cheese softened
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese and honey until smooth.
Spread the goat cheese mixture on the toasted baguette slices.
Top with fresh blueberries and sprinkle with chopped thyme.
Drizzle a little more honey on top if desired. Serve immediately.
