Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk whole or 2%
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for the skillet
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Place a cast iron skillet in the oven to heat up for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the skillet from the oven and add the butter, swirling to coat the bottom and sides.
  5. Pour the batter into the skillet and sprinkle the blueberries on top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the Dutch baby is puffed and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
