Ingredients 

Filling

  • 4 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Topping

  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar packed
  • ½ cup Butter cold, cut into small pieces

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the blueberry mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
