Crust and Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Blueberry Filling
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish to form the crust.
In another bowl, mix blueberries, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Spread over the crust.
Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the blueberries.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Let cool before cutting into bars.
