Blueberry Crumb Pie

Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 package Refrigerated pie crust

Filling

  • 4 cups Fresh blueberries
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Crumb Topping

  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Butter cold, cut into small pieces

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place pie crust in pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Pour into pie crust.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over blueberry filling.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Let cool before serving.
