Ingredients 

Filling

  • 4 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch

Topping

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup butter cold, cut into small pieces
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Pour into a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over the blueberry mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbly.
  5. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
