Blueberry Cream Cheese Bars

Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
Filling
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well.
Fold in blueberries. Pour mixture over the crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
