Blueberry Cheesecake Bars
Delicious blueberry cheesecake bars with a buttery crust and creamy filling.

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted butter
Filling
- 16 oz Cream cheese softened
- 0.75 cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries. Pour the filling over the crust in the baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
