Blueberry Banana Bread Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 3 Ripe bananas, mashed about 1 cup
- 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 Egg beaten
- 0.3 cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Fresh blueberries
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter.
Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
