Blueberry Almond Tart Recipe
A delicious tart combining the flavors of blueberries and almonds.

Tart Crust
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter cold, cut into cubes
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoon ice water
Filling
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar for the crust. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add egg yolk and ice water. Mix until dough comes together. Press into a tart pan.
Bake crust for 15 minutes. Let cool.
For the filling, beat together almond flour, sugar, and butter until creamy. Add eggs and almond extract. Mix well.
Spread filling over the cooled crust. Top with blueberries.
Bake for 25 minutes or until filling is set and golden.
Let cool before serving.
