- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs beaten

1. Cut the top of the onion and peel off the outer layer. Make cuts into the onion to create petals, being careful not to cut all the way through.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. In another bowl, mix milk and beaten eggs.
4. Dip the onion into the milk mixture, then coat it with the flour mixture. Repeat the process to ensure a thick coating.
5. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C). Fry the onion for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove the onion from the oil and let it drain on paper towels. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
