  • 6 pieces Frozen Blintzes cheese or fruit-filled
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Orange Juice
  • ½ cup Melted Butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the frozen blintzes in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, then add sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, orange juice, and melted butter. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture over the blintzes in the baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the souffle is set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
