Blackberry Meatball Recipe
A unique twist on traditional meatballs with the addition of blackberries.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup blackberries, mashed
- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, mashed blackberries, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
