Blackberry Ice Cream Recipe
Delicious homemade blackberry ice cream.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups blackberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend blackberries and sugar until smooth.
Strain mixture to remove seeds.
Mix in heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract.
Chill mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Pour mixture into ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions.
Transfer to a container and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
