Dumplings
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
Blackberry Sauce
- 4 cups Blackberries
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
In a saucepan, combine blackberries, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and melted butter, stirring until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough into the boiling blackberry mixture. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until dumplings are cooked through.
Serve warm.
